Learn about the Sustainable Development Goals with your family

Bring your kids for an exciting visit at UN City

Learn more about the world’s best plan with YOUNG, the UN City’s educational service. We invite you to two educational and fun events at the UN building in Nordhavn. We have planned activities that will engage both mind and body for the little ones. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to join a guided tour, which is, of course, tailored for children.

Here, you can learn more about the sustainable building, the history of the UN, its organizations, and, most importantly, the Sustainable Development Goals.

You’ll have the chance to ask questions and learn more about the world’s most significant diplomatic arena for peace, sustainability, and human rights, and you’ll be challenged with fun and educational activities.

It’s a unique opportunity to gain insight into what the UN works on every single day.

Our events are free, but registration is required.

What does the day consist of?

The children will be sent around to three stations to learn more about the Sustainable Development Goals. At each station, they will receive an introduction, and through some activities, they can earn beads to make their own Sustainable Development Goals bracelet.
